Our volunteers support all aspects of the foundation, including our vegetarian café, which is open to the public, in our gardens where we grow veggies & herbs for the café, and general support as needed.
People from all walks of life and from all spiritual and religious traditions can and do experience great benefits from visiting, learning, and practicing at the ashram.
Walk the meditation path, traverse the labyrinth, stroll through the flower gardens, take a yoga class, sit in quiet contemplation, enjoy a delicious, healthy meal.
