Students are needed to assist as Session Facilitators for a one-day conference, called the Watershed Congress, to be held at Alvernia University on Saturday, March 29.
Session Facilitators help start breakout sessions promptly, make any required announcements, introduce presentations and introduce speakers to make sure that that participants are in the talk they want to attend, and keep the session running on time by using signs to count down the end of the session.
A handout with guidance will be provided to Session Facilitators by email prior to the conference. Session Facilitators are required to meet with a member of the Watershed Congress organizing committee at 7 am on the morning of the conference to receive guidance in-person.
