Alvernia's Philadelphia Campus’ Saint Francis Day of Service:
This is a two part service:
- Toiletry Drive 10-4 thru 10-15
- Service Event @ Claire's Cupboard - Saturday, October 16; 10AM-2PM
Students should call partners to ask for donations prior to the service activity on 10/16. On 10/16, students will help to organize the donations from the toiletry drive at the Philadelphia Claire's Cupboard location and organize clothes as well as prepare toiletry baskets for bathrooms in AU campuses (Philly, Schuylkill, Reading).
10/16 Schedule
10:00-10:30 Introduction to mission and service activity
10:30-12:30 Service Activity
Break for Lunch (12:00pm) *lunch will be provided
12:45-2:00- Complete organizing, clean up, closing reflection and prayer
Transportation will not be provided
