South of Penn will be hosting a small event at Reading Iron Playground (723 Laurel St) on Halloween October 31, 2020. Supplies, food, and refreshments will be provided. Volunteers will help setup, hand out supplies, food, and candy, and tear down for those who stay til the end of the event.
