Tower Health is hosting the first-ever Rise and Stride for Parkinson’s Disease Community Walk! This event supports Parkinson’s programming at Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing and brings together families, community members, and participants for a 1.2-mile walk of hope and awareness.
As a volunteer, you might help welcome walkers, guide guests around the Plex, assist with check-in, cheer on participants along the track, or help with event setup and cleanup. Volunteers are needed beginning at 8:15 a.m., and most roles will wrap up before the event ends at 2:00 p.m.
