West Reading Recreation is planning to host a "Trunk or Treat" event at the West Reading Park and Pavilion (located near the West Reading Pool) for local children. Volunteer groups should plan to bring a car (for the "trunk") and candy or other treats for the children (for the "treat"). Volunteers must provide their own treats. If a group of volunteers does not have access to a vehicle, but can get to the park, accommodations for participation can potentially be made. Volunteer groups may also wish to take part in judging a kid's costume contest.
