West Reading Recreation Commission

The West Reading Recreation Commission is comprised of a Borough Councilperson, Recreation Director, and volunteer members who plan, host, and work at events and programming put on by the Recreation Department.

In addition to maintaining parks and recreation areas within the borough of West Reading, the Commission provides programming and events for community members. The primary goals of the Commission are to enrich the social and physical development of children and enhance the lives of the local community. Throughout the year, the Recreation Department hosts safe and fun activities and relies on volunteers to sustain these activities.
