Connections Work

Connections Work is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance and the opportunity to build a successful future. For more than four decades, we have partnered with individuals, families, employers, and community agencies to create pathways to hope, stability, and long-term success.

We remove barriers to employment and stability through comprehensive case management, workforce development, and supportive services. By helping people impacted by the justice system build skills, access resources, and connect with employers who believe in second chances, we empower individuals to move forward and contribute to a stronger, safer community.
