We are a privately-owned skilled nursing facility, owned by Prestige Healthcare Group. We are a 140-bed skilled nursing facility that abides by all state and federal regulations.

At Willow Brook Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we are a skilled nursing facility in Berks County that services residents with different needs and varying interests. We cater to their needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Within our activity programming, we tend to working with the whole resident for sustaining their physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well-being. We provide daily group activities and 1 to 1 visits as appropriate to the resident. We offer an outdoor courtyard built with the residents in mind. Various games or activities for residents to enjoy include a pet bird (cockatiel), Bingo, word games, gross-motor sports games, exercises, current events, gardening/outdoors, coffee social get-togethers, music-based groups, as well as arts/crafts.
