Southern MS Adopt-A-Block (AAB) program aims to deliver meal kits to varying neighborhoods within the school’s community. Volunteers will engage with community households by 1) introducing themselves and the AAB program, 2) providing the meal kit, and 3) collecting basic data from the household. The designated neighborhood changes from program to program. Volunteers can expect to be traveling on foot for deliveries and should be prepared for changes in temperature & weather. Volunteers may also need to carry meal kits over short distances. Data is collected via google form on a personal device if available. Questions can be directed to Ryan Gruber (gruberr@ciseasternpa.org) or Drew Kidd (kidda@readingsd.org).
