Reading City Church operates a family corner at the West Reading Fall Fest. This church event provides free drinks, snacks, and food to the community, and also has crafts and inflatable bounces, all provided for free to the community.
As a volunteer, you will likely be involved with handing out food and/or drinks, helping with the crafts, or simply interacting with the community to make families feel welcome.
The Fall Fest is a great community event, but there is no other place intentionally designed for families an children on the ave. RCC does not accept donations during this event, and all services are free to the community. We also have our bathrooms open for people to use, and an indoor gathering space to get out of the heat.
