Description

The Oakside Pharmacy in Reading, led by Dr. Fadeke Salak is in need of front desk workers, especially Spanish-speaking helpers, who would be able to assist patients with completing paperwork for registration.

PPE including gloves, extra masks, and face shields can be provided.

April 1st, 9am-3pm @ O’Pake Center in Glenside Homes

Count the number of people who have come in

Multiple tables separated by Alphabetical order of last names (for example, A-E, F-P, Mr. Adams will go to table A-E). There will also be a table for walk-ins in which names and numbers shall be taken and we will call them once we have extra vaccines.

Check registration forms for completeness

Provide Vaccine Card with lot number to people

Direct people to vaccination station and to form a line.

Advise people to inform vaccination station of the injection arm preference

Take forms to computer station

Direct people to waiting area for 15 minute observation

Make sure to know the sign and symptoms of an allergic reaction

Give people timer

Ensure that people leave the waiting area right after timer goes off and leave the premises
