On Saturday, August 24th, we will hold a School Supply Scavenger Hunt Scramble as part of their University-wide Day of Service experience during New Student Orientation. During the Day of Service, the incoming first year class will be collecting school supplies in a backpack through a fun scavenger hunt across campus.
Volunteers are needed to staff stations along the scavenger hunt route! Not only will students learn about our core value and mission of service, but they will also be able to learn more about Alvernia and various areas on campus. Roughly 500 bookbags filled with supplies will be donated throughout the Reading, Muhlenberg, and Mifflin school districts.
Volunteers will receive further instructions via email after signing up.
