Volunteer: HECBC Conference Support Volunteer

Alvernia University is hosting the 2026 Berks County Undergraduate Research and Creativity Conference on Saturday, April 25. This event brings together undergraduate students from across Berks County to share their research, creative work, and capstone projects. Volunteers play an important part in making the conference run smoothly and creating a welcoming experience for presenters and guests.

Students can volunteer for one or more shifts. Please indicate your top three volunteer role preferences in the Additional Notes section. Training will be provided via Zoom the week of April 13th, and all volunteers are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before their shift begins.
