Reading Public Library

The Reading Public Library is a welcoming space that empowers the community by providing free and open access to information and trusted navigation, promoting literacy and lifelong learning, and nurturing curiosity and community connections. We have four locations in the City of Reading as well as Senior Outreach and Early Literacy Outreach programs.
We have a large collection of materials that are freely available for loan with a library card. We host numerous programs, classes and activities for all ages, provide computers and internet access, printing, copying, faxing, passport and notary services, and a safe and comfortable meeting space.
