Mission:   The ReadingFilmFEST dba Reading Film Office mission is to promote the region as a location destination for film and media production, build community through events and programming, and cultivate a regional film industry. Overview ReadingFilmFEST is an Arts and Cultural program created to support emerging filmmakers, develop a strong production community, and inspire audiences with unique and original film content. ReadingFilm Office creates programming throughout the year for local audiences, students, and filmmakers culminating in a 4-day international film festival each fall. In addition, the festival collaborates with other arts organizations, non-profits, and businesses to create a true community event that celebrates all that Greater Reading has to offer. Thought the year we provide film screenings, educational programs for both students and professional filmmakers, awareness opportunities for other non-profits, and business support through increased tourism.

ReadingFilmFEST is annual festival that entertains, educates and enlightens. Our four day festival offers over 50 independent films from all over the globe each year that include a variety of topics and genres. We provide educational seminars with industry guest speakers, networking events, music, fine art, parties and more.
