18th Ward Improvement Association

The 18th Wonder Improvement Association is a non-profit serving the businesses and residents in Reading's Millmont, Oakbrook, & Wyomissing Park areas.

The 18th Wonder seeks to encourage prosperity for our community and serve as a model of excellence for public or private partnerships in the City of Reading, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and across the Nation.
