The 18th Wonder Improvement Association is a resident‑powered nonprofit working to strengthen and celebrate Reading’s 18th Ward. We bring neighbors, local businesses, and community partners together to create cleaner streets, greener spaces, and a stronger sense of belonging. Our work is rooted in the belief that every block can thrive when the people who live there have the tools, support, and voice to shape their own community. From community gardens and beautification projects to youth engagement, public‑space improvements, and neighborhood events, 18th Wonder is building a more connected, resilient, and welcoming place to call home.
