Hannah's Hope Ministries

Hannah's Hope Ministries is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization located in Reading, Pennsylvania. We are a ministry that serves homeless women and children in Berks County. Hannah's Hope Ministries exists to identify and proactively address the needs of homeless women and children. 

  We believe, by providing a supportive and constant care environment, women can be restored to physical, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. HHM currently provides housing and support services to six women and their children. The women at HHM are provided the support and skills needed to live independently.
