City of Reading Public Works is charged with the "stuff that has to get done" to make our city a safe and sustainable place to live, work, study & play. We maintain the city's infrastructure & care for our public spaces.

City of Reading Public Works Department assists in the execution of community clean-ups. We provide equipment, supplies, disposal of collected items & support volunteer recruitment.

Educational volunteer opportunities include making PSA's, educational activities, tabling activities at events, data entry & historical research.
